Search Bar

• Purpose: Helps in filtering responses based on specific keywords or phrases.
• Usage: Enter a keyword in the search input field labeled "Type a keyword…" to locate relevant responses quickly.

Table Layout

The table on the "Response List" page includes several columns providing detailed information about each AI-generated response:

1. Question: Shows the user question or input that triggered the AI response.
2. Channel: Indicates the channel where the response was generated, such as AI Chat, Community Forum, Slack, etc.
3. Date: Displays the timestamp of when the response was generated.
4. Likes, Dislikes & Comments: Reflects user feedback on the response, including ratings and comments.
5. Tags: Provides status of the response. This may be empty, may indicate that the response deserves a further investigation, or may indicate that a user has already investigated the response. 

Pagination

• Purpose: Manages the display of large datasets by dividing responses into multiple pages.
• Usage: Use the “Previous” and “Next” buttons at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages.

Settings Icon

• Location: Upper-right corner of the table.
• Functionality: Allows configuration of table display settings, such as adding or removing columns.

• Viewing Details: Click on individual entries to see the Response Detail page.
• Filtering and Sorting: Utilize the search bar and settings to filter or sort responses by channel, date, or tags for efficient review.
